This policy explains how Lucen Marketing - FZCO (“Lucen”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use https://lucen.is, including our cookies and analytics, our free scoring tools and our contact forms. Please read it alongside any consent choices you make on the site.
Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, website URL and any message or answers you enter into a form or scoring tool.
- Tool inputs: the website you ask us to analyse and your self-assessment answers, so we can generate and send your results.
- Technical data: basic information such as your IP address and device or browser type, used to keep the site secure and to rate limit the free tools.
- Usage and cookie data: how you interact with the site, collected through the cookies and tags described below.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to load a small number of analytics and advertising tags. Some set cookies or similar identifiers. We use these to understand how the site performs, to measure our Google and Meta advertising, and to protect our forms from abuse.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics and personalised Google and Meta ads through those companies’ own settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended.
Our scoring tools and forms
Search Setup Score quiz
A short questionnaire that grades your marketing setup. It collects your quiz answers and, at the end, your name, email and phone so we can send your score and follow up.
AI SEO audit (Visibility Vault)
Grades your website across five pillars. It collects the website URL you submit, your self-assessment answers, and your name and email so we can email your report. To generate the grade we send the website address (not your name or email) to the analysis services listed under Who we share data with.
Contact and enquiry forms
Collect the name, email, phone and message you choose to send us so we can reply.
How we use your data
- To produce and send the score, audit or information you asked for.
- To contact you about your results and how we may be able to help.
- To measure and improve our website, tools and advertising.
- To keep the site and our tools secure and free from abuse.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies and for marketing contact, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business for the rest. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and its tools, and only as far as they need it:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, PageSpeed): Analytics, advertising and website performance measurement.
- Meta Platforms: Advertising measurement and audiences.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini): AI models that generate the AI SEO audit results.
- Semrush: SEO and paid-search data for the audit.
- Cloudflare: Bot protection on forms and tools.
- Web3Forms and Resend: Delivering form submissions and report emails to us and to you.
- Vercel: Website hosting and infrastructure.
Some of these providers are based outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be processed in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and tool results for as long as needed to help you and to keep our business records, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to limit how we use it, or to stop contacting you. To do any of these, email strategy@lucen.is. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security, children and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission is completely secure. Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We may update this policy from time to time and will change the date above when we do.
